The filling, composed of 30% regenerated down and 70% small regenerated feathers, is carefully selected to ensure softness and durability, while the 100% OEKO-TEX cotton anti-feather fabric cover prevents feathers from escaping and guarantees a hypoallergenic and anti-dust mite product. The baffle box construction ensures uniform filling and no heat dispersion.

Returns & Exchanges

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 14 days of delivery.

Send an email to info@samplalover.com with the request for the item you wish to return.

We will arrange for your return to be scheduled on the day you prefer.

Place the item in its original box and seal it carefully.

Hand the package to the courier - the shipping cost will be at your expense.

You will be refunded as soon as the return is registered by our warehouse: this may take up to 14 days from receipt of the return.

All refunds are automatically paid to the account you used for payment of the goods.

For payments from current accounts and advance payments by bank transfer, the refund will be sent to the account from which the payment was made.

If you paid via PayPal/credit card, the refund will be sent to your PayPal account/credit card.

It is not possible to return personalized products.

For hygiene and customer health protection reasons, it is not possible to return pleasure objects once the packaging has been opened.
