GENERAL INFORMATION
Where will the event be held?
Our private sale will be held in Madrid, at Espacio Larra, Calle de Larra 14, 28004 Madrid, Spain, from September 24th to 27th, 2026.
Do I need to book to participate or can I just show up?
Both options are valid. If you book online by choosing a day and time, you will avoid waiting at the entrance. If you didn't manage to book, no problem. You can register directly upon arrival, but please remember that participants who have booked will have priority and will not have to wait.
Can I bring a guest?
Yes, you can bring a friend, but we recommend completing the online booking for both of you so that you have guaranteed access. Otherwise, it will be possible to register upon arrival.
If I arrive late, can I still enter?
Yes, you will still be able to enter, but priority is reserved for those who arrive during their booked time slot.
I haven't received the invitation, can I still gain access?
We recommend checking your spam folder first. If you are registered but have not received the invitation, you can still gain access by providing the first and last name used during booking.
Is admission free or paid?
Admission to our physical private sales is free.
How does the online booking work?
Simply click on the event link on this page, choose a day and time, and complete the registration. You will receive a confirmation email with a QR code to show at the entrance.
Can I modify or cancel my booking?
Yes, you can do so independently from the confirmation email or directly from the booking site.
PRODUCTS & PURCHASES
Can I return or exchange purchased products?
No, returns or exchanges are not accepted during private sales, except in the case of product defects or cases covered by the legal warranty. This policy does not affect your legal consumer rights. We invite you to carefully inspect the products before purchasing.
Is there a limit to the number of items I can buy?
No, you are free to buy as many products as you wish. The products are sold for domestic use only. Resale is strictly prohibited. Sales staff reserve the right to carry out appropriate checks based on the products purchased.
I lost a personal item during the event, what can I do?
Write to us at info@samplalover.com or return to the showroom to check if the item has been found.
PAYMENTS
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit card and cash payments. Checks, gift cards, and vouchers are not accepted.
LOGISTICS & SERVICES
Is there a cloakroom?
Yes, a supervised cloakroom is always available. It is mandatory to leave bags; you will be given a reference number. You may only carry your mobile phone and wallet with you.

Are the products guaranteed?
Yes, products are covered by the warranty provided by law and, for certain product categories, also by the Le Creuset commercial warranty.
